Our annual harvest dinner is on again next month – our main fundraising effort for the year. Chef Charlotte Duckett has again generously offered her culinary skills and developed an extensive menu to celebrate the harvest.
Charlotte, who has cooked in restaurants in London and Hong Kong, trained with Stephanie Alexander and also worked as sous chef with Karen Martini at St Kilda’s highly lauded The George Melbourne Wine Room before running her own restaurant, Gourlay’s in Malvern. Though now a full time barrister, Charlotte retains her love of food and cooking. Diners have raved about her community fundraiser dinners at Welshman’s Reef Winery and at the Garden.
