If you don’t have the materials to build a full scale compost, another method suggested by Celia is to make a manure ‘tea’ out of cow manure and water and suspend the compost preparations in it.
Thank you Janet and Mary (and whoever else was involved in organising the compost workshop). It was a wonderful, inspiring day spent with a lovely bunch of people. What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Thanks also for the delicious spread of soup and cakes that kept us all well fed.
